The results are based on a survey taken by more than 300 retailers who submitted more than 600 software vendor evaluations world-wide.
Called the annual RIS News Software LeaderBoard, this independent survey asks retailers to rate all of their software providers on a head to head basis and is often referred to as the “Oscars” of retail software companies.
