“
In addition to capital, which all firms offer, the Great Hill team provided a practical strategic framework and a true partnership approach to building our business. Plus, working with them is a lot of fun. ”David Klements
We worked with David and his team to assess a geographic expansion strategy, product development priorities, and additional sales and marketing investments. We successfully led search processes for several senior executive hires including a new CFO, CTO, and Chief Sales Officer. As a result, during our ownership, Qualifacts doubled its customer base and significantly grew its workforce, cementing its position as a leading SaaS behavioral health EHR business with more than 60,000 professionals using its platform.
In September 2019, Warburg Pincus acquired Qualifacts.
