We are excited to share that Great Hill Vice President Veda Eswarappa has been named a “Rising Star Dealmaker” by WSJ Pro Private Equity on its 2023 list of Women to Watch.
Throughout her career, Veda has distinguished herself as an investor in her ability to identify and execute investments in disruptive and innovative healthcare and software companies, including ParetoHealth and Quantum Health.
Veda’s influence in the private equity industry goes beyond dealmaking – she is also a dedicated mentor and advocate for increasing diversity in the alternative investment space. She mentors women and other underrepresented populations in investing through her involvement in Synergist, a national network of women in investing that seeks to connect women early in their careers, and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, which supports exceptionally promising students who have financial need.
This recognition is Veda’s second of the year, following her placement on Growthcap’s Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing of 2023 in July.
