The Great Hill Partners team participated in this year’s 38th annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Boston, a scenic 3.5-mile race through Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, alongside more than 6,000 other runners from 270 companies. This year was our 13th time running the race together as a firm. We had a great time working up a sweat in support of a meaningful cause while kicking off the beginning of summer.
This year’s Corporate Challenge supported the Fifty Years Fund, an initiative led by WCVB Channel 5 to commemorate 50 years as a Boston news and community leader, and in partnership with the United Way of Massachusetts Bay. The Fund aims to drive systemic change in the areas of social and economic justice, as well as create education and career opportunities for marginalized youth and young adults who are disconnected from school and work.
Community service is central to our Great Hill's values and our participation in this year’s challenge is an example of that commitment. Through the GHP Foundation, a corporate philanthropy initiative that encourages our employees to donate time and money to causes they are passionate about, we strive to create a positive impact in the greater Boston area.
