Anne Becknell has more than 30 years of experience covering a full spectrum of financial and practice management consulting services. As SVP Client Services at Chrome River, Becknell has been credited with building a strong team of implementation experts and project managers. “The Customer Success Management (CSM) program was created to ensure we stay connected with our customers,” said Becknell. “I’m passionate about ensuring that customers are achieving full potential, not only when they implement Chrome River, but also as their requirements and needs change as their organizations grow.”
Joining the executive team, Nancy Dushkin has stepped into the role of SVP Client Services. Dushkin is an experienced software executive with over 20 years of experience managing business units of small to large, global software companies. She most recently comes from Oracle, where she led the North American cloud consulting teams, and also was part of the Global Alliances organization working with Oracle’s largest systems integrators on cloud business and implementation strategies. Prior to Oracle, Dushkin worked at Salesforce, where she was part of the Customers For Life organization dedicated to ensuring each customer is successful and obtaining the maximum business value out of their investment.
“I’m thrilled to join Chrome River during this time of rapid growth,” said Dushkin. “As Chrome River continues to experience momentum in the large enterprise market, I’m excited to be on board to employ scalable strategies within the client services team. I’m looking forward to working with the team to ensure implementations are smooth and timely for our customers.”
“We believe that innovation and creativity are the heart of a great software company," said Alan Rich, CEO of Chrome River. "This holds true not only for the software itself but for the services, training and support that are part and parcel of the total solution. We are thrilled to have two such talented executives on our team. Both offer a wealth of expertise and will help our customers achieve the full potential of the Chrome River system.”
